PROPERTIES
Good leveling and wetting of substrate, suitable for roll coating and scraping coating process. Smooth and scratch-resistant performance is good.
Good viscosity resistance, when used for semi-PU substrate should pay attention to the adaptability of the substrate.
OPERATION
Dry condition：120-130°C，Recommended residence time＞1min.
It must be added 0.3-1% QT-4795Y Curing Agent.
CAUTION NOTES
Adding water is not recommended.
No curing agent or insufficient drying is easy to after tack, fold white and other defects.
Recoating on a treatment agent with surface tension will result in weakened the adhesive force.
Changes in ambient temperature will affect the construction viscosity and may result in quantity changes.
Slow and adequate drying should be paid attention to when the size of the deep grain substrate is large.
SHELFLIFE & PRECAUTIONS
Three months in the original, sealed containers, kept between 10 and 35°C.
Stir it before using, as separation may occur over time.
