A.Using for PVC gloss surface treatment agent after foaming.Suitable for PVC leather surface treatment.After treating, the effect is good gloss and good transparence,good smoothness.It's intolerance to clean with solvent.
B.Usually use printing machine:100-120 mesh for once to twice or roller coating,120°C x30s-1min to dry this. Diluent solvent:MEK, TOL.This agent can be used with HF-0236Y.Please do not use with PU series product or other factory products.
C.This product at 70°C constant temperature, 3KG pressure for 4 hours, the surface of the skin may be sticky. Please test before surface treating when using high frequency wave.It's not temperature resistance,so that it can't be used for pretreatment.
D.This agent can be add color slightly.Excessive use of color paste may affect the surface adhesion, especially to change the color.Please test it before using.This agent does not affect the recoating.
E.The viscosity of this agent may decrease at high temperatures and may increase at low temperatures.Please stir it well before using.
F.This agent suitable for PVC surface leather which is below 80 oil.Over it please test it before using to avoid the sticky of surface.
