A.This agent is PVC fog surface after treatment agent, suitable for PVC skin surface treatment, can not be used for PU skin surface treatment, leather through the table, good blackness, high fog, strong hiding power. The agent can not be used for pre-treatment and it's not resistant to solvent cleaning.
B.After 15 days from the production period, there may be extinction powder precipitation and precipitation, please stir well before use, and filter with 250 mesh cloth to prevent white spots.
C.Select 100-120 mesh table 1-2 times, 80-100°C*30 seconds, to ensure complete drying, diluting solvent MEK, TOL.
D.This product can be used with the company's HG-1923B, adjust the light fog, different types or other products do not mix.
E.This agent at 70°C constant temperature, 3KG pressure for 4 hours, the surface of the skin may be sticky. Please test before use.
F.Can add a little color paste to use, excessive use of color paste may affect the surface adhesion, especially color change, please experiment before use, this agent does not affect recoating.
