A.This agent is PVC use matt surface treatment agent before foaming.Suitable for PVC soft leather surface treatment.Can't be used to PU leather surface treatment or white based leather foaming.Aftering treating,it's good blackness and matt.Good anti-stick.It can be tolerate 200-230°C.It's intolerance to clean with solvent.
B.This agent is a matt surface treatment agent. After 15 days from the production period, there may be extinction powder precipitation and precipitation. Please stir well before use, and filter it with 250 mesh cloth to prevent white spots.
C.This agent must be choose the leather which is over 80 oil,or it will whitening in the surface.Usually use printing machine:100-120 mesh for once to twice or roller coating,80-100°C x30s to dry this. Diluent solvent:MEK ,TOL.
D.This agent can be used with HG-1999A to adjust the gloss and haze.Please do not use with other factory products.This agent can't be used in deep groove leather.
E.This product at 70°C constant temperature, 3KG pressure for 4 hours, the surface of the skin may be sticky. Please test before use.This agent are no temperature resistance,please do not using for pretreatment.
F.This agent can be add color slightly.Excessive use of color paste may affect the surface adhesion, especially the color, this agent does not affect the recoating.
