PROPERTIES & NOTES：
A.本剂为PVC雾面后处理剂，适合于PVC皮表面处理，不能用于PU皮表面处理,皮革经表处后，黑度佳，抗折白性优良，拉伸不泛白，不可用于前处理，本剂不耐溶剂清洗
B.本剂为雾面处理剂，在距生产期15天以后,可能会有消光粉析出和沉淀,使用前请先搅拌均匀，并以250目网布过滤使用，防止白点产生
C.以轮表机选择100-120目表处1-2次，80-100℃*30"，确保完全烘干，稀释溶剂为MEK、TOL
D.本剂可同本公司HG-1691P互配使用，调整光雾度，不同类型或他厂产品切勿混合使用本剂不能用于深纹皮革、硬质底材:
E本剂在70℃恒温，3Kg压力压4小时后皮的表面可能发粘,请先测试再使用，本剂在表处后用于压高週波时，请先测试再使用,本剂不耐温,不能作为前处理使用
F.本剂可加少许色浆使用,色浆使用过量可能影响表面附着力,特别是改色(注:请先试验再使用)，本剂不影响重涂
G.使用时请注意空气和溶剂中水份，防止皮革表面产生白化,安全保质期:六个月(超过六个月请试验后再使用)
H 贮存条件:本剂严禁烟火，使用前后请密封好，放于阴凉通风处，避免阳光直射(否则产品质量会受到严重影响)。
A. This agent is PVC Matt Treatment Agent After Foaming, suit for PVC leather surface treating, but not suit for PU leather surface treating.After treating,it’s good blackness,good resistance to breaking white, stretch does not whiten.Not for pre-treatment, this agent is not solvent resistant to cleaning.
B. This is matt treatment agent,precipitation will occur during storage, please stir and filter with 250 mesh before using.
C. Usually use printing machine:100-120 mesh for once to twice or roller coating,80-100°C x30s to dry this. Diluent solvent:MEK /TOL.
D. This agent can be used with HG-1691P to adjust the gloss and haze.Please do not use with other factory products.This agent can't be used in deep groove leather.
E. This product at 70°C constant temperature, 3KG pressure for 4 hours, the surface of the skin may be sticky. Please test before use.This agent are no temperature resistance,please do not using for pretreatment.
F. This agent can be add color slightly.Excessive use of color paste may affect the surface adhesion, especially the color, this agent does not affect the recoating.
G. Pay attention to the air and the water which in the solvent to avoid leather surface whitening.Safe shelf life: 6 months(Over 6 months please test it before using).
H. Storage conditions: Strict fireworks, before and after use, please seal, put in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
