OPERATION
A.本剂为无苯型PVC雾面后处理，适合于70-90油份的PVC皮表面处理，皮革经处理后，雾度高，透明性优,耐刮性能一般,不耐溶剂,不能用于深纹皮革:本剂理论上不含苯。
A.This agent is Post-treatment of benzene-free PVC for fog surface.Suitable for 70-90 oil PVC leather surface treatment.Aftering treating, it's good fog,high transparent. Scratch resistance is general, solvent resistant, can not be used for deep grain leather. This agent does not contain benzene.
B.本剂为雾面处理剂，在距生产期15天以后,可能会有消光粉析出和沉淀，使用前请先拌均匀，并以250目过滤使用，防止白点产生
B.This agent is a fog surface treatment agent. After 15 days from the production period, there may be extinction powder precipitation and precipitation. Please stir well before use, and filter it with 250 mesh cloth to prevent white spots.

以轮表机100-120目表处1-2次，120℃x30"-1’，确保完全烘干，稀释溶剂为MEK、TOL
C.Usually use printing machine:100-120 mesh for once to twice or roller coating,80-100°C x30s to dry this. Diluent solvent:MEK ,TOL.
D.本剂不能单独使用(因雾度高，处理上去会泛白)，可同本公司HG-1033W互配使用调整光雾度，不同类型或他厂产品切勿混合使用,本剂使用PVC硬质底材可能产生折白,如要求抗选用本公司抗折白型表处剂
D.This agent should not be used alone(Because of the high fog, it will be white).This agent can be used with HG-1033W to adjust the gloss and haze.Please do not use with other factory products.The use of PVC rigid substrate may produce folding white, such as the use of the company's anti-folding white surface treatment agent.
E.本剂在70℃恒温,3Kg压力压4小时后,皮的表面可能发粘,请先测试再使用

F.本剂在表处后用于压高週波时,请先测试再使用,本剂可加少许色片使用,使用过量可能影响表面附着力。特别是改色(注:请先试验再使用),本剂不耐温,不能作前处理使用，不影响重涂

G.使用时请注空气和溶剂中的水份,防止皮革表面产生白化现象,安全保质期:六个月(超过六个月请试验后再使用)
