A.This agent is PVC use matt surface treatment agent after foaming.Suitable for PVC leather surface treatment. After treating,the leather is high matt, good matt effect, high transparency.It's not temperature resistance and intolerance to clean with solvent.
B.Long-term storage of the agent will sediment,please stir and filter it before using to prevent white spots.Usually treat with printing machine: 100 or 120 mesh for once to twice, 120°C X 30″~1min to dry totally.Diluent solvent:MEK ,TOL.
C.This agent suitable for PVC surface leather which is over 70 oil.If the bottom grain is deep, please choose our treatment agent HF-0215A. Please use HF-1122D for which less than 60 oils.
D.This agent can be used with HG-0243B without CYC to adjust the gloss and haze.Please do not use with other factory products.
E.This product at 70°C constant temperature, 3KG pressure for 4 hours, the surface of the skin may be sticky. Please test before using.This agent are no temperature resistance, please do not using for pretreatment.
F.The viscosity of this agent may decrease at high temperatures and may increase at low temperatures.This agent can be add color slightly.Excessive use of color paste may affect the surface adhesion, especially the change of color, this agent does not affect the recoating.
